About Noelle

gracyNoelle grew up in Texas, and received her PhD in neuroscience from Weill Cornell Medical School. She’s worked as a rose seller, blackjack dealer, addiction researcher, and science publisher while publishing Regency romance novels under the name Catherine Blair. She now writes historical fiction and blogs about research collaboration on the Research Collaboration Works blog. She lives in Amsterdam with her husband and two children.
